Your results are amazing. Do you use any black or gray hat methods to attain those results?

We do not.  In order to influence the auto-complete / auto-suggest, Google / Bing looks to see what is currently trending, so our process works down the lines of social influences, to gain authority for the website and to build social awareness, and do it in such a way that meets Google / Bing’s algorithm standards for determining what to suggest in the auto-complete / auto-suggest.  This social media trending work that we do is very specific to getting Google / Bing to start suggesting the company in the auto complete.  So, we do some things similar to SEO, but specifically tailored towards influencing the indicators that Google / Bing looks at to determine what to put in the auto-complete / auto-suggest, which is mostly social trending.

Do I own exclusive use of the keyword phrase, or do you sell the same keyword to my competitors?

Once a keyword phrase is sold, it is no longer available.

Are there any extra fees?

What is a local keyword phrase?

We sell keyword phrases for local and national businesses.  A local keyword phrase means that you have a location designation in the phrase.  For instance, “garage door repair Los Angeles” would be a local keyword phrase, whereas “garage door repair” would be a national keyword phrase.  Local keywords drive customers to the local business.

What is a national keyword phrase?

National keyword phrases may get thousands and even hundreds of thousands of searches per month.  A national mortgage bank may want to purchase “home loans” and other related searches.  When you purchase a national keyword phrase, you should be able to assist customers across the country.  You will receive inquiries from every State and need to be able to service those customers.  National keyword phrases are great for franchise businesses.

 

The price for National keyword phrases is based on the competitiveness of the keyword phrase.  The work involved in getting a national keyword phrase will be dependent on many factors, so we price the national keyword phrases individually.

What If my client only wants Google and not Bing?
  1. a) it would cost the same to have just Google, and b) we need to rank on Bing to get the Google ranking faster.

You said it’s Pay Per Result, why do clients need to pay when on-boarding?

Clients only pay a one-time reservation fee, equal to only one month per term. The reason for is the following:

  1.     Terms are exclusive, if we’re working for your client we can’t sell the terms to another. So we must have a reservation fee. 

2.     The reservation dramatically reduces delinquent clients who will fail to pay once we get them on the auto complete.

Does this make SEO redundant?

Not at all. Not all users click the auto-complete, which means you want to grab them when they hit the search results. For that you need SEO, and we have the best SEO in the market. Pay Per Result SEO, we’ll get your client on the first page of Google or they don’t pay a dime!  You can definitely bundle SBO with SEO + some PPC.
